    You are bidding against registered users just like you, Daxdi has an auction software regulated by the US authorities, we do not make any alteration to the normal course of auctions.     The auctions end when the countdown reaches zero.

  • Why does the countdown go back to 10 seconds every time a bid is placed?

    With each bid placed within the last 10 seconds the countdown will return to 10 seconds remaining, this guarantees good battles between users and the need to create a good bidding strategy to win.

  • Can I set up automatic bids?

    Yes, you have the Daxdi assistant at your disposal on the details page of each of our auctions, you only have to enter the number of bids you want it to make for you, and your assistant will create an automatic strategy for you, bidding within the last 10 seconds to the last second to disconcert your rivals, at the same time you can make manual bids. Your assistant will bid for you until the auction ends or until the configured bids are exhausted.

  • Can I participate in Daxdi auctions if I do not reside in a country where Daxdi is available?

    Yes, of course, the only difference from users residing in countries where Daxdi operates is that instead of receiving any product you have earned you will always receive the value of the product in cash in your bank account.

  • Are all Daxdi products new?

    Yes of course, all products auctioned at Daxdi are new and you will receive with your product the original manufacturers warranty and the invoice.

  • How much does it cost to ship Daxdi products?

    Zero, shipping costs are free for any country in the world.

  • How long will I have to wait to receive my earned products?

    All shipments are made with express transport companies so you will receive your product at home in a maximum of 3 working days for most countries, there are some exceptions that can take up to 7 days from the payment of your winning auction.

  • What is the final price I have to pay for a won auction?

    You only have to pay the final price of the auction, there are no shipping costs or hidden charges.

  • How can I pay for a won auction?

    When you win an auction you will receive an Email with payment instructions. You have to access your account, your administration panel and you will see a notification that you have a won auction pending payment with a link to make the payment, just follow the instructions to make the payment.

  • How can I exchange a won product for cash?

    When you have made the payment for your won auction you will see 2 options, receive the product or receive the cash, select receive the cash, enter your bank account correctly and in a maximum of 72h you will have the money in your bank account.

  • How long do I have to wait from the moment I have paid for my won auction until I receive the money in my bank account?

    The transfer is made instantly and automatically once your account details have been confirmed, so within a maximum of 72 hours you will have the money in your bank account.

  • I received a product in bad condition, can I ask for a replacement?

    Of course, an express delivery company will pick up your product in poor condition and deliver the new one to you.

  • What do I have to do if I have a problem with a product?

    You can open a support ticket from your user panel, our support department will respond within 2 hours.

  • I received the product I won but now I prefer the money, can I exchange it?

    It is not possible, if you have selected to send the product initially and have already received the product we cannot make the exchange for money.

  • Do all auctioned products have an original manufacturers warranty?

    Yes of course, all Daxdi products are shipped with the original purchase invoice and the manufacturers warranty.

  • How do I create an account at Daxdi?

    Just go to the registration page, fill in all the fields correctly and register, you will receive a confirmation and activation email in your email, click on the link in the email and you will have your account ready to start bidding at Daxdi.

  • I just registered at Daxdi but I can not access my account

    Please go to your email inbox and open the email you received from Daxdi, you will need to click on the link in the email in order to activate your account and access it. If you have not received the email in your inbox check your SPAM folder. Once your account is confirmed, we will give you some free bids and you will be able to enter your account with your username and password.

  • I did not receive the confirmation email in my email

    Please check your inbox and your spam folder, sometimes it can get to spam, if it has gotten to spam mark the sender as safe for future notifications. If after 5 minutes you have not received any emails you may have entered your address incorrectly, try registering again or contact us.

  • I did not receive the account activation email in my inbox or in spam, what can I do?

    Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly when registering, try to register again with your email address and if you see the error that the email is already in use when you register please wait a few more minutes to receive the confirmation email, sometimes it can take a few minutes. If after 5 minutes you have not received the email, please send us an email to [email protected] from the registered email account so that we can manually activate it and check the error in the sending.

  • How many accounts can I have?

    You can only have an account, if for some reason, you can only create a new account if for some reason you could not activate your first account and you created a second account with a different email address.

  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

    Sometimes we perform random security checks, in these cases we may ask you to send us a copy of your ID and proof of your current residence.

  • How do I know if I need to send verification documents?

    We will open a new ticket asking you to send us the documentation, you will also receive an email and a notification when you access your account.

  • Can I cancel or limit my access to Daxdi?

    If, as a regulated auction house, we are obliged to cancel the accounts of any user who requests it or apply any type of restriction that the user considers appropriate, to request it you only have to open a new ticket or send us an email to [email protected]

  • How can I participate in Daxdi auctions?

    You only need to register and create your new account at Daxdi, the only requirement is that you are over 18 years old.

  • How do public upward auctions works?

    All public ascending auctions start with a starting price of 0.01, with each bid placed the price will increase by +0.01 and each time a user places a bid during the last 10 seconds the countdown will return to 10 seconds remaining, the auction will end when the countdown reaches zero and for this to happen no bids must be placed in the last 10 seconds of the auction.

  • Will each bid I place in an auction cost 1 bid from my bid balance?

    No, there are auctions that cost 1 bid, 2 bids, or more. You can see the cost of each bid next to the bid button for each auction.

  • How can I participate in a private auction?

    To participate in a private auction you have to buy a seat, each seat has a cost in bids that you will pay with the bids you have in your account. When you buy a seat, you'll see that the auction color changes for you indicating that you already have access to that auction and can now bid.

  • How do private auctions work?

    Private auctions have a limited number of seats to participate in it, each user has to buy their seat to be able to participate in the auction. When all seats are sold an email will be sent to all participants indicating that the auction will start within 24 hours. From that moment on you can bid on the auction and configure the Daxdi wizard if you wish.

  • Can I bid on a private auction if I didn't buy a seat?

    No, only users who have bought a seat can participate in private auctions.

  • How much does a seat at a private auction cost?

    Each auction has a different cost for its seats, you can see this by clicking on the buy auction seat button.

  • I bought a seat at an auction but I don't want the seat anymore, can I cancel my seat?

    No, when you buy a seat you can't cancel your purchase.

  • I won't be able to be online when the auction starts, what can I do?

    Use your Daxdi assistant to bid for you, enter the number of bids you want your assistant to place for you and activate it, it will bid for you until you win the auction or the bids you have set are exhausted.

  • Can I use the Daxdi assistant in any auction?

    Yes, the Daxdi assistant is available for all auctions, you just have to activate it.

  • I haven't won the auction but I don't want to lose money, what can I do?

    Use the buy now feature in the auction, you can buy the item you were bidding on by subtracting the value of all the bids placed in the auction.

  • I won an auction, what's the price I have to pay?

    You only have to pay the final price of the auction, you don't have to pay any shipping costs or any kind of hidden charges.

  • I won an auction, what do I have to do to redeem my product for cash?

    After paying the final price of your auction you can choose between the 2 options, receive the item at your home or receive in money the value of the product, select to receive in money the value of the product, enter your bank details and confirm your details, the transfer will be made automatically and in a maximum of 72 hours you will have the money in your bank account.

  • How do I activate my Daxdi assistant?

    You have to access the details page of the auction in which you want to activate it, there you will see your daxdi assistant in which you only have to enter the amount of bids you want it to place for you and activate it, from that moment your assistant will bid for you.

  • How can I change the number of bids set in my Daxdi assistant?

    When your assistant is activated you will see a button to edit its settings, click the button and enter the new amount of bids you want your assistant to make for you, save the changes, and you have your assistant updated with the new settings.

  • How do I remove my Daxdi assistant from an auction?

    If your Daxdi assistant is activated, you will see a button to deactivate it, you only have to click on the button to make your assistant stop.

  • When will my Daxdi assistant place the bids for me?

    Your assistant is very clever, he will make the bids in any second between the last 10 seconds of each auction, he will learn from your behavior and way of bidding to be able to make your bids better and better and create the best strategy.

  • When I try to activate my Daxdi assistant, I get an error, what can I do?

    Make sure you have enough bids in your account, you can't set up your assistant with more bids than you have in your account.

  • When can I activate my Daxdi assistant for an auction?

    You can activate it at any time if the auction is open for bidding. In the case of private auctions, you can set it up from the moment you have bought your seat.

  • What payment methods are accepted at Daxdi?

  • How can I buy bid packages?

    You have to access your account to buy any bid package, select the one you prefer, make the payment and at the end you will automatically have the bids in your account.

  • How can I pay for an auction I won?

    You have to access your user panel, from there you can see several notifications that you have a won auction that is pending payment with the link to make the payment. You can also click on my won auctions to see all the auctions you have won and make the payment for the ones you have pending payment.

  • How long do I have to make payment on a won auction?

    You have 3 days to make the payment for the auction, if after the 3 days you have not made the payment for your auction we will assume that you renounce to the won auction.

  • I just bought a bid package and the bids haven't been added to my account, what can I do?

    Please update the page and if bids continue without being credited to your account, open a support ticket so we can review the issue and credit your bids.

  • What guarantee do I have that Daxdi does not use robots to manipulate the auctions?

    Daxdi is the only auction house regulated by the US authorities. Our software is under constant review by the US gaming authorities to ensure it always complies with the regulations, making Daxdi the most secure auction platform to bid on. Daxdi is the only platform that can guarantee that there is no manipulation of any kind in any of our auctions.

  • Do all users have the same benefits?

    Yes, all users have access to the same promotions, discounts, etc. The only difference is the level of each user that the higher the level, the better and greater the benefits, discounts and promotions.

  • How does Daxdi know that there are no users with multiple accounts?

    We have a very strict control with the accounts of each one of our users, each account is associated to an IP and a MAC address, if we detect any type of anomalous activity in the IP or MAC addresses they will be reviewed instantly and in the case of confirmation of duplicate accounts all associated accounts will be excluded indefinitely from being able to access Daxdi as well as the possibility of creating new accounts.

    These are points that you get by performing different actions in daxdi, simply by placing bids, accessing daxdi every day, buying bids, etc. By using your daxdi points to buy in our shop you will only be able to use your points for free.

  • How can I get Daxdi points?

  • Do I have to pay anything for a product purchased at Daxdi's points store?

    No, it's totally free, you only pay with your points.

  • I bought a product in the points shop but now I prefer another one and I want to change it, is it possible?

    No, when you redeem your points for any product you do not have the possibility of return or exchange, so think about the product you want before to confirm your purchase.

  • What is the Daxdi user level system?

    It's our way of thanking our users for their loyalty to Daxdi. All users start with the Ruby Level, which has no special benefits, there are a total of 5 different levels, each level has special benefits, discounts and much more, to increase your Daxdi user level you need reach expenditure goals, for that you count all kind of payments, bids packages, prices of won auctions paid, products bought... You can see the remaining amount you need to upgrade to the next level in your main user panel.

  • What are the benefits of Crystal Level?

    With the Crystal level you will get the following benefits, 5% discount on all bid packages, 10% more Daxdi points for each daxdi action, 10% discount on all seats for private auctions, and better gifts in the daily reward system.

  • What are the benefits of Bronze Level users?

    You will get are the following, 10% discount on all bidding packages, 20% more Daxdi points for each daxdi action, 20% discount on the purchase of seats for the private auctions, and better gifts in the daily reward system.

  • What are the benefits of Silver level?

    The benefits are as follows, 20% discount on all bid packages, 35% discount on seat purchases for private auctions, 35% more Daxdi points for each action performed at Daxdi and more and better gifts in the daily reward system.

  • Is there some kind of time limit to reach a user level?

    No, you will always accumulate your expenses without any limit or expiration, you can level up in 2 days, 3 months or 4 years, there is no expiration time for accumulated expenses.

  • Can other users know my user level in Daxdi?

    No, only you will know your level.
