Plénitude 2 is the second life of a Dom Perignon vintage.
During a slow and controlled transformation of more than fifteen years, its longevity is prolonged, elevated. In this way, the champagne increases its energy to reach a paroxysm of vitality. Dom Perignon, more essential and radiant than ever, unfolds in all dimensions to become wider, longer, deeper, more intense.
Nose: first of all, the complexity is warm, golden, iridescent, of an oriental exoticism: candied furta, frangipane, soft spices and fresh coriander. As you breathe it in, the saffron becomes greyer and more iodized, the bouquet gradually darkens, becoming more sober, mysterious, calming and reassuring.
Mouth: the body immediately unfolds in a larger, opulent and ethereal, energetic and sensual way, always focused on the fruit. In a disturbing correspondence between nose and mouth, voluptuousness gradually becomes more serious, deeper. The whole maintains the note with intensity, elegance, saltiness and a vague touch of liquorice.
