On the nose: the explosion of the bouquet is complex and luminous, a mixture of white flowers, citrus and stone fruits. All stimulated by the freshness of aniseed and mint. As we breathe, we finally perceive the spicy, woody and roasted touches.

 

In the mouth: The wine, until now introverted, is finally revealed. The coherence between nose and mouth is total. Its sharp, elongated, purified, tonic and athletic profile imposes itself with warmth. The fruit makes its statement loudly and clearly. The acidity that signs this vintage is surprisingly integrated. The persistence is essentially aromatic, grey, smoky, pressing.
