Product description
Telescope - Celestron Astro Fi 5", Schmidt Cassegrain, 125 mm, Black
The Astro Fi 5" Telescope has a very innovative line for exploring the sky via WiFi. It is the perfect telescope for entry-level or intermediate users who are changing the way they experience the night sky.
Wireless Connection
The Astro Fi 5" Telescope offers full control of the telescope alignment and the motorised Go-To function via WiFi without the need for a control unit or cables. Simply connect it to Celestron's free planetarium application SkyPortal, align the telescope by focusing it on three bright stars with the eyepiece, and you can control the telescope in minutes with your smartphone or tablet iOS or Android.
Reliable optics
The innovative WiFi technology powers the Astro Fi 5", but it is the optics inside the telescopic tube that make it a Celestron. This 125mm Schmidt Cassegrain with fully coated optics offers dazzling views of the Moon's craters, Saturn's rings, red spots on Jupiter, the Orion Nebula, the Hercules Globular Cluster, and much more. Let yourself go and enjoy.
