Leica Q2 Camera 100 Years of Emotion
Since the beginnings of cinema, Disney has brought its animated storyboards to life with Leica cameras and projectors, revolutionizing animation filmmaking techniques in the 1930s. On the occasion of Disney's centenary, we now unveil the best-kept secret of our collaboration - and honor it with a special edition Leica Q2 | Disney "100 Years of Wonder" with a limited edition of 500 units.
The Leica Q2 combines traditional engineering with an innovative spirit. With a 47.3 MP full-frame sensor and the fast Summilux 28 f/1.7 ASPH., it allows shooting and filming in 4K with sensitivities of up to ISO 50,000. Additionally, the digital zoom extends the fixed focal length of the Q2 to 35, 50, and 75 mm. The Leica Q2 operates quickly, reliably, and with IP52 protection.
