TRINOCULAR MICROSCOPE LEVENHUK MED 45T The trinocular Levenhuk MED 45T microscope is a professional instrument for observations with a magnification range of 40x to 1000x. It uses phase contrast infinity corrected flat achromatic objectives and allows Köhler lighting to be set. You can study samples by phase contrast over light or dark field. This microscope is an absolute must for a microbiologist, biochemist or health care professional. The trinocular Levenhuk MED 45T microscope is a professional instrument for observations with a magnification range of 40x to 1000x. It uses phase contrast infinity corrected flat achromatic objectives and allows the Köhler illumination to be configured. You can study samples by phase contrast over light or dark field. This microscope is an absolute must for a microbiologist, biochemist or health care professional. The Levenhuk MED 45 series microscopes are equipped with an infinity-corrected optical system used in professional and high-quality microscopes. This system includes infinity-corrected planar achromatic objectives that produce clear, high-contrast and highly flat images. One of the most important features of an infinity-corrected optical system is that it allows any additional elements to be installed in the path between the objective lens and the eyepiece lens. The additional elements include polarisers, epifluorescence light and DIC prisms which have minimal focus deviations and correct aberrations. In summary, their design and ease of use make Levenhuk MED 45 microscopes ideal optical instruments for use in various types of microscopy and work in haematology, histology, microbiology and other laboratories. The trinocular head consists of the visual part, which is inclined by 30°, and the vertical eye tube where a digital camera is installed. The camera is not included in the kit. The head can be rotated 360° around its axis. In a group work, it is useful to be able to show the samples to other researchers without moving the whole microscope. The revolving revolver can hold five objectives. The kit includes four phase contrast flat achromatic objectives of various magnifications. The higher magnification objectives have retractable edges. The 100x objective allows observations to be made by immersion in oil. The wide-field eyepieces allow work with large samples and adjust dioptrics according to the user's view. The optical system transmits a high definition and high contrast image, produces a flat field and minimizes chromatic aberration. All accessories are made of optical glass with anti-fungal coating. The stage is equipped with a mechanical micrometer and can be moved in two directions. The phase contrast capacitor is used only for "dry" observations. The lighting system is located at the bottom. It consists of a 5-watt LED with brightness adjustment. You can adjust the sharpness by turning the coarse and fine focus controls.
