It includes Polar Elixir biosensors (ECG, SpO2, skin temperature) and the Gen 4 optical heart rate sensor, to support 24/7 health, sleep, training and recovery tracking. The 310 mAh battery delivers up to 30 hours in high performance mode, 90 hours in efficient training mode, and about seven days as a smartwatch
