    Red wine Vega Sicilia Unico 2005 Ribera del Duero magnum Unico is a wine for eternity.

    The extraordinary ageing capacity of this wine can only be found in a few terroirs in the world.

    The weather in 2005 was a determining factor.

    The winter and spring were extremely dry with large temperature differences between day and night during the ripening process.

    The notion of terroir is, in vintages like this, truly significant and the magnificent work in monitoring and observing the vineyard was fundamental.

    With the arrival of autumn, the harvest began somewhat early and after the ageing and the solitude of the winery between French and American oak, one of the great myths of wine history came to light: El Unico 2005.
