Product description
Champagne Rosé millesime 2004 Dom Ruinart
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 is an exceptional rosé that is particularly expressive and complex, with a superb aromatic richness (fruit, tobacco, spices) and exemplary harmony.
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 has a beautiful pink colour, with delicate coppery reflections that are again almost pink.
On the nose it is tenderly aromatic and characterized by notes of very ripe and sweet red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry jelly.
This aromatic palate is completed with fresh floral notes of roses and a slightly mineral note (wet rock).
The 2004 vintage has a clean and very defined impression that marks the palate, providing a fresh transition at the end. The record is always marked by red fruits and is completed by fully ripe citrus fruits: blood oranges and tangerines. Like the Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2004 on which this vintage is based, a low dosage allows the purity and complexity of the best Grand Crus de Champagne to stand out.
