Celestron CPC 1100 Telescope with STARBRIGHT XLT treatment. Its altacimutal mount and integrated GPS make alignment much easier. Start observing from zero minute with the Celestron CPC telescope. Plus, we now give you the free 12V DC transformer to connect to the mains. Advanced technology and eye-catching design at an affordable price The Celestron CPC telescope series, with the revolutionary SkyAlign technology, redefines everything the amateur astronomer has been waiting for - fast and easy alignment, GPS, excellent optical quality, ease of assembly, ergonomic design, improved computerisation and, most importantly, affordable price. The telescope's internal GPS module automatically downloads the date and time from the orbiting satellites and determines the exact location on Earth. This eliminates the need for manual input of date, time and longitude/latitude coordinates. The revolutionary SkyAlign alignment technology then needs only to be activated to align the Celestron telescope. Simply locate and manually aim the telescope at three bright celestial objects. You don't need to know their names - you can even choose the Moon or bright planets. Celestron's advanced NexStar program will model the sky to determine the position of each star, planet and celestial object above the horizon. Once the instrument is aligned, the computerized control unit will have direct access to the database catalogues. With the CPC series, Celestron has "returned to the drawing board" and redesigned, reorganized and reinvented a family of Celestron telescopes that offer superior quality, ease of operation, and unparalleled value. All models in the CPC series are supplied with NexRemote computer telescope control software and StarBright XLT high transmission optical coating. Redesign of motorization and mechanical parts - smooth movement; oversized gears, quick release clutches; auxiliary ports for automatic guiding and PC SkyAlign function that allows you to align on three bright objects making the alignment process easier Practical hands-free stand for the control unit - allows information to be displayed while using the instrument Database with more than 40,000 objects Possibility of reprogramming the control unit and the engine units via the Internet Easily accessible adjustment clutches on both axes Quick Adjust Finder Clamp 25cm bearings, at the base, for smooth and uniform movement Ergonomic design for easy transport Power supply: 12V transformer included for connection to the grid and cable to the car's cigarette lighter NexRemoteTM software for controlling the telescope via a computer.
