Produced by the prestigious Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck in Ribera del Duero. A spectacular and legendary wine that embodies excellence within this appellation and that year after year has been reaping praise and recognition at international level. A wine that must be tasted at least once in a lifetime.
A very balanced wine with a natural transparency. Very long on the palate and light in its character. It is a well-proportioned wine, with the right measurements for a Ribera: 14.2% alcohol content, ph of 3.8 and an IPT of 90. When you taste the wine you do not have a feeling of heaviness. Aromatically it is very pure and crystalline, perhaps the best "nose" of all Pingus to date.
A comforting wine, with a powerful and incredibly long finish, which feeds its legend with every drop.
