The Daxdi refunds policy about purchases
The refunds are only available for bought products in our online shop.
The refund its done once we received and checked the product and the state.
We can not accept refunds for bought products related to personal care, health and hygiene that have been unsealed.
To get a refund you can open a support ticket and our customer service will send you a label that you have to put in the package.
In 24 hours, a carrier will arrive to your address to pick up the package and return it to us.
Once we received it and the refund its done you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be done in the same payment method used to purchase the product, the process its automatic and the time to get back the cash depends of the payment method and your bank, it never should be higher than 7 days.
We do not accept refunds of virtual products like discount coupons, Daxdi coins packages, purchases in the points shop or any other product which did not was purchased in the luxury online store.
